2. 48 Hour Delivery Guarantee

48Websites guarantees to deliver a basic functioning website within 48 hours of receiving all necessary content and information from the Customer, provided the chosen package supports this guarantee. Please refer to the specific package description for confirmation.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the 48 hour delivery guarantee, the Customer must:

• Choose a package that explicitly states the 48 hour guarantee.
• Provide all necessary content and information as outlined in the chosen package description within 24 hours of placing the order. This includes, but is not limited to:Text content for all pages.
• Images and other media in the required format and resolution.
• Brand logos and colors.
• Specific website functionalities desired.
• Domain name and hosting information (if not purchased through 48Websites).
• Review and approve all mockups and drafts promptly to avoid delays.
• Be reachable for communication and clarification requests throughout the project.

4. Exclusions from the Guarantee

The 48 hour delivery guarantee does not apply to:

• Delays caused by Customer's failure to provide all necessary content and information within the stipulated timeframe.
• Technical issues beyond 48Websites' control, such as domain registration delays or third-party API integrations.
• Requests for complex functionalities or custom designs not included in the chosen package.
• Revisions exceeding the scope of the chosen package.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

48Websites provides the Service "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 48Websites does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

48Websites shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Payment

Payment for the Service is due in full upon placing the order. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the Customer or exclusions from the guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including, but not limited to, the website design, code, and content, remain the property of 48Websites or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for your own business purposes only.

9. Termination

48Websites may terminate these Terms and your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 48Websites with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
